Terms & Conditions

Lovestory® is a wedding photography and film brand operated by Lovestory Studio LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company.

By booking our services, signing an agreement, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific terms included in your proposal or service agreement.

1. Services

Lovestory provides wedding photography, cinematography, engagement sessions, editorial productions, and related creative services in Mexico and selected international destinations.

Specific services, coverage, deliverables, pricing, and travel requirements are defined in each client's proposal or agreement.

2. Bookings & Payments

Dates are subject to availability and are considered officially reserved only after the required agreement has been completed and the applicable retainer or reservation payment has been received.

Remaining payments must be made according to the schedule established in the client's agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

Because Lovestory reserves dates and production resources specifically for each client, retainers and certain payments may be non-refundable.

Refunds and rescheduling are subject to the conditions established in the client's service agreement and our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

4. Deliverables & Creative Style

Photographs, films, galleries, albums, and other deliverables are defined in each client's agreement.

By hiring Lovestory, clients acknowledge and accept our photographic, cinematic, and editorial style. Final creative selection, editing, color treatment, and artistic direction remain at Lovestory's professional discretion.

5. Copyright & Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lovestory Studio LLC retains the copyright to the photographs, films, and creative materials produced by Lovestory.

Client usage rights and any permissions for portfolio or promotional use are governed by the applicable service agreement.

6. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and may be used to respond to inquiries, manage bookings, provide contracted services, and process payments.
