Refund Policy

Lovestory® is a wedding photography and film brand operated by Lovestory Studio LLC. Because our services involve reserving specific dates and committing creative and production resources in advance, the following refund conditions apply.

1. Retainers & Reservations

Retainers or reservation payments made to secure a wedding or event date are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the client's signed service agreement. A reservation removes the selected date from our availability and may require Lovestory to decline other bookings.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are generally non-refundable, as they cover reserved dates, services already provided, or costs incurred specifically for your wedding or project:

Retainers and reservation payments used to secure your wedding or event date.

Photography or film services already performed, including engagement or pre-wedding sessions.

Production, post-production, and editing work already completed or in progress.

Travel-related expenses already booked or paid, including flights, accommodations, transportation, permits, and other destination-related costs.

Custom products or materials already ordered or produced, including albums, prints, or personalized items.

Additional services already delivered or production costs already incurred.

3. Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility for payments beyond the initial retainer will depend on the services already performed, expenses incurred, production commitments, and the conditions established in the client's signed service agreement.

4. Rescheduling

Requests to change a wedding or event date are subject to availability.

Eligible payments may be transferred to a new available date when permitted under the applicable service agreement. Additional travel, production, or rescheduling costs may apply.

5. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

All refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are subject to the specific terms of the client's signed service agreement.
